The automatic welding manipulator is mainly composed of a column, a cross arm, a guide seat, a column rotation mechanism, a cross arm lifting mechanism, and a boom telescopic mechanism.

The automatic welding manipulator guide seat is up and down, and there are pulley seats on the left and right.
The pulley seat adopts an eccentric shaft structure to adjust the gap of the guide rail and compensate for the wear of the guide rail.
The guide rail is made of 16Mn material.
